RBS B0034 with BpiI recognition site

We took the well characterised RBS BBa_B0034 from the iGEM Registry and added a BpiI recognition site downstream. With this part we want to present the opportunity to the iGEM community to change the RBS of a composite part even after biobrick assembly.
